A message from David Harper, Founder:I established David Harper & Co Ltd in 2000 after many years working at the elite level of the flooring industry. That experience led me to remain faithful to my visiontwo key company principles, high standards of service and quality of product.
For over 53 years I have been involved in a wide range of projects, from the very complicated to the very simple. Regardless of scale or complexity, I bring the same high level of service and attention to detail to any project.
Ii is always my intention to give accurate and honest advice on the project
suitability of all my products.
I have had the opportunity to work in every area of the industry, from planning
and installation, through to manufacturing.
My portfolio of clients includes leading interior designers, Historic Royal Palaces, government buildings, celebrities and retail brands.
I have created a portfolio of some of the finest exclusive carpets from Europe and beyond in a variety of contemporary textures and colours, all with a sense of style and tradition and an unqualified predilection for natural products, these are suited to any interior design scheme.

For bespoke projects, I can produce custom orders in a range of qualities to suit a variety of budgets, using fibres including 100% wool, 100% silk, viscose, polished cotton.
I also offer comprehensive stock ranges of 120mm edge bindings in linen, cotton and leather for rugs and runners.
